Shelly's June 2010 NASHVILLE trip was
FABULOUS!!! Check out some of the things she did while she
was there:
** June 3rd- Toured the Ryman
Auditorium (was so moved, I cried most of the tour), sang @
the famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge on Broadway, met with a
producer from Treasure Isle Productions (right next to
Martina McBride's Blackbird Studios) where I also met Chad
Wicks, sang @ The Nashville Palace (was asked to come back
to do a 30 min Showcase!!!) Hey everyone!!! Well I just had
to share some of the great successes of my trip to
Nashville!
** June 4th
- NSAI
(Nashville Songwriters Association) songwriter
mentoring/review, met with Mr. Mevis (man who discovered
George Strait) had a review of 2 songs (he called me "a
good little songwriter!!!), sang @ the famous Legends
Corner Bar on Broadway (was asked to come back and perform
with Buck McCoy anytime I'm in Nashville!), got booked for a
radio show & rehearsed with fill in guitarist.
** June 5th - WDKN AM
1260 LIVE Radio Show performance (got booked for another
visit on the show when I am back in Nashville!), rehearsal
for audition Sunday @ The Bluebird Cafe & afternoon with
publisher from Cool Vibe Publishing!!!
**June 6th - Bluebird Cafe Audition & dinner
with publisher from Cool Vibe Publishing!! Whew! What a
whirl wind trip!!!!
